Initial
This consists of an initial consultation to determine the individual and group needs in any number of personal or professional areas, e.g. work-life balance, relationship, executive management, recovery, and health and wellness. We will tailor this training to your needs in a single or multiple sessions of one hour, 90 minute, or more intensive half-day or all day increments.
Group
This will consist of access to small and large group support as well as webinars, training, and facilitation as it fits individual and group needs. Various subject areas include leadership, professional development and personal growth, non-profits management, justice, project development, community corrections, health and wellness, yoga, peer recovery, and community relationship building.
Couples
Our expertise in the areas of the intersection of spirituality and sexuality as well as dating, relationship, and marriage coaching comes from several decades of experience and training as well as certifications in relationship education, yoga, community and personal health and wellness, and peer recovery. We provide group training and support for individuals and couples around dating and relationship.

- 200 Hr. Reg. Yoga Teacher (RYT) w/life coaching/integrative wellness emphasis (2016)

- Cognitive Behavioral Theory Training, trauma informed and responsive facilitation and education; risk assessment, motivational interviewing, addictions, social services, ethics, WRAP, eCPR, Peer Support Whole Health Resiliency.
